- Reviewing customer invoices
- Updating customer seat counts in the CRM
Typical technical day-to-day:
- Review customer satisfaction surveys and follow up accordingly
- Check with vendors on the status of product orders
- Schedules business reviews with customers
- Takes notes for business reviews
- Updates customer information in the CRM
- Assists the Chief Technology Advisor with quotes
- Calls customers to provide updates on product deliveries
- Sends cards and gifts to customers for special occasions
It would be great if you have:
- Experience as a sales account representative
- Experience with AutoTask CRM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A keen sense of humor and the ability to laugh at some truly corny jokes.
